    This morning a young man delivered a rather large parcel to my house in Gormans Hill, without knocking on my door and having to sign for it, he ran up, threw the parcel at my door and ran back to his van. I knkw this isnt a complaints review, but, I couldnt find anywhere to post what had happened. People should know whats happening to their parcels while there not home to collect them.

    I was happy and relieved that they offer a laundry service as I did not have time to wash and dry it myself. I had 7kg of laundry and was told it would be washed in a 10kg machine at $15 a load. Upon pick up I was informed that my laundry had to be split into two loads and that I would be charged $30 because It wouldnt wash properly in one load What a dirty trick. I feel that I was targeted in this scam because I was passing through town and bound by time constraints. RIPPED OFF!!!
